Terms of Service
These Terms are an agreement between you and Graspion Technologies Private Limited ("OPDlive", "we", "us"), the company that runs opdlive.in. By creating an account or using OPDlive you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use OPDlive.

1. What OPDlive is
OPDlive is a technology platform that lets patients book OPD appointments and follow a clinic's live queue, and lets doctors, hospitals and receptionists manage that queue. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. All medical care is a direct relationship between the patient and the doctor, and the doctor alone is responsible for it.
2. Accounts
- You must be 18 or older to open an account. A parent or guardian may book for a child.
- Give true and complete details, and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Each account logs in only from its own card on the login page (patient, doctor, receptionist, hospital).
3. For patients
- Times are estimates. Token position and expected time are calculated from the clinic's live data and can change (emergencies, doctor delays, walk-ins). Please reach the clinic a little early.
- A booking may need the clinic's approval. The clinic may reschedule or cancel, for example when the doctor is on leave; we will try to notify you.
- Booking through OPDlive is free for patients. Consultation fees, if any, are paid directly to the clinic as per the clinic's rules.
- To prevent misuse there is a daily limit on bookings per account. Fake or repeated no-show bookings may lead to suspension.
4. For doctors & hospitals
- Doctors must hold a valid, current registration with the National Medical Commission, a State Medical Council or the relevant council for their system of medicine, and must not be suspended.
- We verify the Medical Registration No. and may call you before a clinic goes live. We may refuse or remove a clinic with false, wrong or suspended details.
- Keep your clinic name, address, OPD timings and leave days correct. Patients rely on them.
- Use patients' details only to serve those patients, keep them confidential, and follow the NMC Professional Conduct Regulations and, for any online consultation, the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines.
- Hospitals are responsible for the doctor and receptionist accounts they create and for removing staff who leave.
5. Plans, fees & bills (personal clinics)
- Plans are Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly. Current prices are shown on the registration page and include GST. Prices may change for future periods; we will tell you before your next renewal.
- First month free: a new personal clinic gets one free month (or the free period shown at registration), starting on the day OPDlive verifies and activates the clinic. No payment is taken at registration.
- After the free period, the plan is paid in advance for the chosen period. Plans do not renew automatically; we remind you 7 days and 1 day before the end.
- If a plan ends without renewal, the clinic is hidden from patients. Your data stays safe and the clinic comes back as soon as the plan is renewed.
- For every payment you receive a GST tax invoice by email, also available under Settings → My Bills. Give your GSTIN before payment if you want it on the bill.
- Hospital OPDs are billed as agreed separately with the hospital.
6. Refunds
- Fees paid for a plan period that has started are not refundable, including when a plan is not fully used.
- If you paid but your clinic is rejected at verification (for reasons other than false or forged details), or you were charged twice, we refund the amount to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- If OPDlive is unavailable for a long time because of our own fault, we will extend your plan for the lost period.
7. Fair use
You must not: impersonate anyone; make fake bookings; share or sell accounts; copy or collect other users' data; try to break, overload or bypass the security of OPDlive; upload unlawful or harmful content; or use OPDlive for any unlawful purpose.
8. Suspension & closing
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, uses false details, has a lapsed or suspended medical registration, or where the law requires it. You may close your account at any time (patients: Settings → Delete account; doctors and hospitals: write to us). Closing an account does not by itself give a refund, except as in section 6.
9. Disclaimers & liability
- OPDlive is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it running correctly but cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted (internet, phone or provider outages can happen).
- We are not responsible for medical advice, treatment or its outcome, for a clinic's delays or cancellations, or for the number of patients a clinic gets.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to OPDlive in the 3 months before the claim (or ₹1,000 for patients, who pay nothing).
- You agree to compensate OPDlive for losses caused by your breach of these Terms or by false information you gave.
10. Law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem quickly. Subject to your rights under consumer law, the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date; for important changes we will also tell you on OPDlive or by email. Using OPDlive after a change means you accept the new Terms.
